on ps3 you move the controller like say im holding some1 and i jerk my controller right i swing the person right so for the neck snap you do it like in real life....move ur controller in a circle

@Rdoddy99 it just replaces the choking of the garrote, you still use the wire to grab them.

@martin111martin When you are in Florida and have to rescue a men from your family you'll get it. It comes automatic in your inventory

Its no in Florida its in Cuba in a mission were you kill soldiers at the museum

No this is an another Mission he asked where he get it and you get it in a mission in Florida you have to save a men from Haymen roth or something

This move works for all versions of the game. Xbox 360, PS3 , and PC. You have to unlock Florida as playable to get the wire.

You have to purchase the neck snap ability. For the right buttons check your default controls under Options in the pause menu.
