@tingtongting16 you can download LS-PrePost 3.1 on LSTC website. It's free and you'll be able to create the geometry and mesh it. You can build the input deck yourself (good luck) with the loading, boundary conditions... but you won't be able to run it. LS-dyna exe files are free, but you need a licence for it.
If you'r at school, there are licences that coast 100 dollars a year (limite to 10k elems) Make a request to LS-dyna support of your country

Well,
The design was done by GM; this is the Silverado pickup truck suspension.
The model was created by The National Crash Analysis Center and is free to download off of their website.
and simulating requires the use of Ls-Dyna Finite Element Analysis software. The instruction manual is free online.
If you like this kind of stuff, try getting some classes in transportation related subjects...
