  • Geat statement and he is right about article 5 exept for the part about balance.

    There is no balance of power to get back, the states or the people should (and do) hold ALL OF THE POWER as the fed gov shall do only the things the states ALLOW it to do for them, ( the enumerated powers).Fed gov owes its existance to the states it exists because the states created it, they are its master NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
