I worked as a Collections agent... I got fired because, frankly? I have too much compassion for my fellow man.

Now... the agency I worked for was fairly ethical... but I will tell you that they frankly don't give a DAMN about your situation. They also don't give a DAMN if your account is "invalid" and you don't really owe the debt... so long as they feel they can win in court.

I think these agencies do know the rules but are banking on their victims not to know & knowing that even if they do they don't have the money to fight it. I don't trust banks (especially after having worked for them!). If it's illegal to collect it then why did the banks allow them to seize it? I would highly recommend that everyone stop using them! Our money is controlled by the private banking industry who have proven time & again they can't be trusted- on serious levels! Stop using banks!

Of course the government can't touch social security and disability. That's why people on social security and disability accrue debt. They know they're not going to have to pay.

@beefyoso then people should not give them credit if they are not allowed to collect, but not everyone on social security behaves that way. do not randomly attack people on disability as if they are subhuman.

@beefyoso Granted the system is very abused. I don't think that all go out accruing debt cuz they know they don't have to pay. I think that speaks to those who abuse it. Certainly not to those who have earned it. SSI has problems that might mean its dependents accrue some debt due to medical bills & such, perhaps. But consider the times that Congress refused to make necessary changes in SSI benefits to meet inflation changes, ect, then voted themselves raises the same year.

Sheldon Pressler,who also owns ,new century financial, sits on the committe that admends the laws,for the N.j. small claims court. His sister in law is Judge sylvia Pressler. They are changing the laws to make proffits.Some thing needs to change!!

The entire Goddam country is in debt. Why don't these collector callers harass the government for their fiscal irresponsibleness, erratic spending habits, and them raising the debt ceiling time & time again? I believe the national debt is over $10 trillion now. But as far as collector agents goes, they're all scum. They're all like vampires wanting to suck your blood. They're trained to be condescending, arrogant, disrespectful, and demeaning to folks they harass on the phone.

What Pressler & Pressler is doing is not LEGAL. In order for them to win a judgement they must have the following and they must have all three elements. 1. A legal contract with your signature on it. 2. Evidence of a complaining party. 3. Damages they suffered due to a breach of contract. If they did not lend you any money you owe them nothing. They are committing fraud, theft, embezzlement, and money-laundering. File criminal charges for against them for theft by deception, fraud, and perjury!

Those bottom feeder got a judgement againt me without notice or the option to defend myself in a new jersey court. Now this dept i well over 13 years old they have sent me a information sopena and taken me back to court to get me to pay a dept i payed off years ago is that leagal. This is a good video more video should be like this. Everyone needs to get together and counterclaim every judgement Pressler gets from you and sue them for TRIPLE the amount. Also get these judges oaths from the Secretary of the State and file a Judicial Conduct complaint against the judge for treason, lack of jurisdiction, and ruling without the defendant being in the court room is a violation of DUE PROCESS 14TH AMENDMENT.
