I had this problem, too, until I found a programm in the internet that make it possible to download videos from youtube on your computer. It´s calles "save2pc light" and the download is free (I think...). Shure, you only can use scenes you find on this website, but thats a start... =D

to download the videos off utube i use 'realplayer'.

downloading videos off utube means they are in flv and windows movie maker only accepts wmv format. try downloading a video converter such as 'zillatube' but be aware that the free trial only lasts a couple of days and then you are required to buy it for something like £17 or $29.

wen you upload your finished video on utube, it needs to be converted back to flv format- you can do this on windows movie maker by clicking: file...publish movie.
