  • The first MK movie was good, the second would have been better if they hadn`t changed the actors. Everything gets ruined when you change the cast, it`s too noticable and you can`t look passed it.

  • awesome

  • Am I the only one who thinks the guitar at the start that sounds like Yoshimitsu's theme from Tekken 3 on PS1?

  • @youcantubeittoo

    it kinda does.

  • All the faggots who say it was a "terrible movie" are terrible mk fans, and such suck dicks... Stop hating on it, it's the only mk classic. You asswipes.

  • Wow, all this time I thought this was NIN.

  • the first movie was much better than this one.

  • rofl no joke my uncle is gavin smith in this band

  • @ubergammer00 Fucking lying sac of shit, there was no one in the band with that name... They weren't even based in the states.

"Urban Voodoo was a short-lived band, consisting of vocalist Kamary Phillips, as well as guitarist/bassist Bernhard Locker. The duo released the album "Elegant Friction", as well as the single "The Chartist's Soul: The Remixes" under Marlboro's German record label, Marlboro Music."

  • the movie rocks ! xD i love the mortal combar story :X

  • I don't know about you guys but I think this song would go very well with Tekken.

  • @Amaya181 I think it would. That was an awesome movie, by the way!

  • Mortal Combat Brutality all the way baby!!!!!!

  • this song is why im fucked up.

  • "Oozes out of me like poison cum"???

  • "like poison comes" you idiot. couldn't figure that out??

  • Yeah, cuz that makes a lot of sense, moron. Don't answer questions you don't have the answers to. I just looked up the lyrics and I was actually correct. It is "Oozes out of me like poison cum". Way to make yourself look like a total retard.

  • Oh Thank You for posting all these Mortal Kombat Songs!!! Thank you much!!! This brings back good memories my yonger years and my early Martial Arts training.

  • i tried getting this song on iTunes but you have to buy the entire album. all i want is this song darnit!!! can anyone tell me if the rest of the songs on this album is any good? thanks!

  • just use video2mp3 (dot) com

  • I was a little kid and I wanted to to hear "heavy" or edgier music if you will the cassette of this was the only thing my parents would let me get (it didn't have a parental advisory warning)

I played it for hours on end it was one of the things that shaped me as musician today that I look back...........good ole' 90's

  • Sweet Jesus; spring break, 1998, Washington D.C.

I had just purchased this from I think the largest mall in D.C. in addition to Colony Wars for the PS1

    damn how time passes.

  • DANG i love this song!!! i listened to it soo many times that it got stuck in my head. Wish i had it sooooo baaaaaad!!!!! >:(

  • OH man... I used to looooooooooooove this back when the soundtrack came out... good fucking times!!!

  • @JohnTheDrummer88 Hell yeah, I had this cd when I was a kid in 97 or 98, it was the shit back then

  • where do i download it, beacause i want to make a tribute

  • I still have the soundtrack.

  • i listened to this SO MUCH when I was younger. freakin audio cassette...ahh good times

  • My friend had this on cd when were kids... good memories in the '97 and '98

  • I played constantly as a kid also. It didn't get any better back then

  • Awesome music, I gotta get this soundtrack.

  • This song brings back so many memories..... *sigh*

  • bah horribly horrible sound

  • how could such a terrible movie have such a great soundtrack?

  • @daly790 I find it odd how pretty much every song on the soundtrack is awesomeness.

  • @daly790

This is actualy X-Ray Dog - Screaming Souls with some vocal on top of it. Not to mention true composer of this music is a shame.

  • @daly790

b-movies,splatters/thrillers and action movies almost always have the most adorable soundtracks with rock, metal, industrial and other genres' music..*-*

this song is also on mimic 2 soundtrack

  • @daly790 cause they spent all the movie budget on just the soundtrack

  • @daly790 coincidence maybe?

  • @daly790 I dont think it is as bad as people thought. Just a disappointment after the first, there are plenty worse sequels out there

  • @PortsmouthNoir And the first one was suppossed to be good?

  • something interesting to note is that the singer for this band was black... i didn't know it until i bought the album and saw the pictures in side

  • But he sounds so white..!

  • Yeah its weird. the other songs on the album were a little more soulful at times and you could tell he was black. this track, which is kinda industrial rock, was a stand out on the CD and not a good representation of the rest of the album

  • do you still have the cd?

  • i used to have the full length album by urban voodoo.. it was kind of a let down as none of the other songs sounded like this one.

  • Yes its good ... i was looking for one song from past , & i was assured that im find it in MK OST ... but i was wrong ... deam ...

But im also found other good things ...=)

  • There was also a third somewhat soundtrack that came out inbetween the two movies. If you were certain the song was from MK, it may have been on that one. If you want, I beleive I have the original disc somewhere.

  • great song . I have got to get this soundtrack !!

  • Fucking right. Poor quality, but this song kicks ass!

  • i know this song for maybe 5 years but no other from "urban voodoo" i love this fucking great song

  • interesting fact. the singer for this band is black. i used to own the albm and the rest of the music didn't much sound like this track

  • I still have this album from when the movie came out. It still kicks ass!!!

  • what the hell is the song called when sub-zero and scorpion fight?

  • "Leave U Far Behind" by Lunatic Calm... except for the movie soundtrack its the instrumental version

  • one of my favorite song !!! and ost

  • hey bernlock i played this songed burned on a mix cd at a party this weekend i had buncha ppl asking questions about band and music history...you gott get back on the horse man industrial is not dead kick some ass man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This was my favorite song off of the soundtrack way back when!!!

  • the problem is all the wankers in the U.S. want to be black and crank thier damn rap music and ignore all other forms of music hey you guys woulda had my vote

  • YOU STUPID BRIT!! I am very much so from the US, raised around Rap, And I listen to alot of music. I have all the Mortal Kombat Music CDs. Plus most of teh US listens to Rock anyway. So shut the fuck up with your stupid ass generalizations TWIT!!

  • being from america and hating how white suburban america idolizes ignorant black musicians i can know exactly what you mean.

  • I know whatcha mean dude, but don't assume all americans are like that.. I love metal dude, the sound of rap makes me cringe.

You know when they crank up their rap music, i crank up my metal, and you know what? My metal always wins XD

  • I'm the same way man.. I can't stand rap and I only go for stuff like Metal and Electronica and stuff, mostly metal..

    but yeah, fuck rap

  • Not calling you a liar, but as your name is ParappatheRapper...

  • FACE!

  • bobofabyss.

Parappa the Rappa was a Playstation video game, just because he has the name, doesn't particularly mean he likes rap.

  • it was a joke guys :D

  • some hip hop is stupid, i agree, but this great hip hop music out threre. lets be honest some metal is just stupid.

  • Most metal sucks, You just have to find the good stuff

  • i aint trippin, in fact, im laughin with you

    : D

  • not as long as lil wayne and soulja boi tell em is running the game.

Nas was right! hip hop is dead

  • true its dead and doesnt look like its coming back as for metal, its a love it or hate it but one thing is true it will never die.

  • Love that song!!!!!

I have a video for this song too!!!!! ^^

  • glad you like it. it's my band urban voodoo. we broke up in 98 - nice to see the music is still out there!

  • I still have it on my ipod ;) no one knows it in france, but I keep it, remembering the good times with Mortal Kombat. I sometimes put brutality on some videos and everybody always love this song ;)

  • cool - funny when things come back like that :) we actually recorded a whole album. if you want some more tracks email me through youtube and I'll zap you some.

  • omg are you really the guys who wrote this?

  • I wrote the music - kamy (singer) wrote the lyrics

  • omg wow i got the soundtrack for christmas when i was younger i cant belive you guys didnt make it huge

  • neither can I

  • Bernlock, I still listen to this song today! It never gets old. Thank you very much for making a very inspiring track! Unfortunately, I never got a hold of the album (stateside and all)...

  • thanks-appreciated!
