There is 220 episodes in the normal naruto, you will find the last 10 or so very hard to find in english but it is out.

Naruto Shippuden is a carry on from naruto, when he gets back from training with "pervy" sage.

There is a english version BUT it's close to impossible to find, they are keeping it under cover. It can be find only places like undernet (which are illegal I might add).
