You live in the past. Lecavalier hasn't been the same since his knee injury. He has two elite players to leach off of and he still can't beat Plekanec. He's a 65-70 point player now and has produced accordingly the last two seasons. Pleks is also a 65-70 point player and is proving last season was just an off year. Lecavalier's game has ALWAYS been to think ahead of the play and feed the puck to a team mate for a scoring chance. Until Stamkos came along, not a damn soul could finish his passes because St. Louis had been split from him. Stamkos has since become exclusive with St. Louis leaving Vincent with nothing. When your defense and goaltending gives up that much more than your offense can produce, you're gonna have a lot of players with a very poor +/- ratio. And Lecavalier played with Alex Tanguay for most of the year... yeah, the same guy who took only 91 shots and scored only 37 points. Those weak stats belong on the 3rd line, not on Vincent Lecavalier's wing.
