Because Batman doesn't know who Joker really is and Killer Croc is sorda not really his human self any more. Ivy same with killer croc. Everyone knows who scarecrow is.
@AntonioTheLegoDude5 ok, but what about the riddler? or harley? etc. after thinking a lot about it I got a theory, the riddler was Edward Nygma before, he was totally different, the same with two face of any of them, but Crane has always had the same personality, there's no duality between the scarecrow and Dr. Crane, they are the same. The scarecrow came as an alter ego crane used to do what he wanted to do not as another differen person with diferent belief.

Across EVERY comic book universe, DC, Marvel or otherwise, Scarecrow is my all time FAVORITE villian.. 10/5 stars for creating an awesome tribute with such limited screentime..

dude i hate the croc now he almost killed scare crow! and most people i tell this to say well if it werent for croc he wouldnt of gotten the titan. well scare crow is so awesome he would of gotton the titan one way or another.
@robotlatino23 No the head boss will always be the Joker, but they say that Scarecrow will show up in Batman: Arkham City. There's talk of it being a multiplayer where you can go as Batman or Catwoman... but I'm not sure of this. I know that you WILL see Catwoman and Two Face in the second game.
@robotlatino23 Yeah, everyone was saying that Jonny looks a lot like Freddy. But it works, this is the scariest version of the Scarecrow to this date.
@asurasyn Depending on what you play the story mode as (easy, medium, hard) creates the ending you see. I'm not sure what difficulty you get Scarecrow on though.
