This nation is said to be 86% Christian. If all we're to again embrace Jesus and do His commandments,and repent of their sins. The nation would be changed. No one can change any other,but,one can change one's own works. One can choose to repent. That's one for Jesus. Rather than looking at others,we must see to ourselves.

@lifeseeker51 repentance is included in the Great Commission: & He (Jesus) said unto them, "Thus it is written, & thus it behoved Christ to suffer & to rise from the dead the 3rd day; &THAT REPENTANCE & REMISSION OF SINS SHOULD BE PREACHED IN HIS NAME AND AMONG ALL NATIONS BEGINNING AT JERUSALEM'" (Luke 24:46, 47) I'm sorry if I offend you, that's not my intent...but what you're saying is clearly contrary to God's word.

@TheGraceofChrist We keep our eye's on ourselves in our walk. We do not waste time on that other guy's sins. We will not be held to account for those. Only our own. We give a witness for Jesus. If the hearer truly embraces Jesus, He will be more than happy to do His commandments. If he's luke warm,I.E. worshiping in name only, Then he'll be turned away at the gate. Just like all the other non believers. Repentance is part of one's giving one's life to Jesus.

@lifeseeker51 I'm not saying we point out all the specific sins in a person's life, I'm saying Luke 24:46- 47 clearly shows that Jesus instructed REPENTANCE and REMISSIONS OF SINS SHOULD BE PREACHED IN HIS NAME, there is no disputing He said that, it's in the word. It's not a philosophy, it's something we ARE to put into practice.

If you believe Stan Johnson, or anyone who associates themselves with his propoganda of hell. please rethink your position. I was stuck on this crap load of devils in the late 90's. Bill Deagle was a big speaker and listening to him and other "prophets" never held up scripturally thus false. Dont get sucked in to this! You are warned!!! READ THE BIBLE!! @TheGraceofChrist They are charlatains. Thats all I can say. I know this from personal experience but I realize I could never convince anyone of that so after that year old post, I wont even try. Take it or leave it. I will also go as far as saying all the "churches" I have tried to learn and worship in are merely corporations bilking unsuspecting people of as much currency as they can through guilt and ignorance.
