  • did you read this book just because of kurt cobain? WAs he singing about this book or was this written long after he commited suicide?

  • Oh no, this book was written LONG after Kurt Cobain died. Kurt Cobain died in 1994 and this book was published in 2007. Actually, the book "Heart-Shaped Box" has nothing to do with Kurt Cobain. "Heart-shaped Box" is a horror novel about a man who buys a ghost - well, really a suit that a ghost named Craddock McDermott haunts.
