Are you f-ing kidding me? Have you been anywhere else in the USA? B-ham, Wa is a worthless pit of waste, populated by has been hippie losers and wanna be freaks. Add to that the heavily polluted Bellingham Bay, and the destruction of the San Juan Islands....There is no reasonable excuse to pull off I-5 except for gas ant to take a piss. How do I know? I was born there and RAN as far as I could from that shit hole, 25 years later.
