I need some help please! I'm trying to make a hydraulic were when It gets to 10 seconds it makes the hydraulic move and then move back at 15 seconds. I got the values all right, but the thing is that the hydraulic length is 673 feet, and when the timer hits 10-15 seconds it outputs the value 1. I need it so that when it outputs the 1 i also get the value 663 somehow.

I know this is a noob question, but i just recently started playing gmod again.

It's an addon for garry's mod 10 which allows you to create advanced contraptions. For Example you can create a plane which doesn't use any hoverballs or only one thruster to get forward. and the steering is controlled by hydraulics which you controls with an advanced pod controller inside your seat. It's pretty awesome and hard to learn, but with a bit work you figure out how to create awesome stuff

the point of a tutorial is to learn new things and increase knowledge, yes this may be a simple contraption that almost all of us could make with our eyes shut but think if i gave you a highly advanced alien space craft and then said fix it you wouldn't know what to do thus you'd need a tutorial, oh and looking at tutorials doesn't make you stupid, if you knew what a tutorial does then you would acknowledge that it makes you smarter, and thus only smart people know to learn.

You have to think of it. When i started with wiremod i first wanted to make a laser trap, wich is activated weh someone reach a specific range. Its logic. All you need for this, is a ranger, a less than gate, a constant value and the laser. Now you think. IF the range is less than 200(for example) the less than gate tells the laser, that the value is ON. So wire the constant value to the ranger, which will define the range of it.

Then wire the "Less Than" Gate to the Constant Value and the laser to the "Less Than" Gate. Maybe it doesnt work. But you notice, that it's quite logical. So if you want do create something with wiremod, just think of how it would work in real life. Than you could now it.
