I remeber one time I beat him, had a broken shiled and 1/2 of one health left, ran to data to save and recharge, got hit by a car and died.

Haha, that almost happened to me recently. I had a broken shield, no health left whatsoever and had to run back to Data.
Fortunately for me, I didn't get hit by a car on my way there. Sorry to hear that happened to you though!

The way to beat him is to get behind him by running under him whenever he tries to attack you with the missiles or his hands.

Hmmm youre kinda suck at playing... You let the bulldozers destroy some of the buildings and take dmg, you even let the city hall first call to happen, anyways good video even though the sound is wrong. This mission is one of the easy ones and i cant find the OSt of the battle of the bulldozers... looking for it everywhere.
