even training hard if most people ate better they wouldnt need as much sleep. some foods take 12-14 hours to digest. so when you sleep a long night and wake up tired that means your mind was leeping but your body was up all night digesting food and burning itself out. your wouldnt train 14 hours a day in the gym so why would you want your digestive system training that hard haha
I agree with the comment below, he makes the chest/pec workout look brutal. I was trying to do chest presses today and it's gonna take some work. This dude has some massive, big pecs so he has nothing to worry about, just makes dudes like me feel worthless.
Getting big is not that hard. You dont have to use steroids. Just work your butt off and eat a lot. I wrote an article about how to bulk up fast. I used these methods to gain 75 pounds in two years. Link is on my profile. Please dont mark as spam, I am just trying to help.
idk but for some reason i dont really think u can OVER TRAIN the body...if u did heavy weight, alotta reps, whatever.. as long as u are supplying ur body with enough nutrients and vitamins and all at the end .. u should be o.k... if u do heavy weight, etc. and eat a fruit roll up after..thats not enough to fuel ur body for repair
JCamacho123- one can absolutely over train. I myself have currently over trained and am taking some time off to recovery. In terms of nutrition, I have been doing this for a while and am studying as a dietitian. Even pros however, can over train.
@badookoo I agree. I've overtrained a few times (been training about 5 years) and it's usually because I wouldn't eat enough calories to recover and I was a student getting only 6 hours of sleep a night. I think a proper diet + 8 hrs minimum is the first step to preventing such setbacks
Great form but I think most normal guys would overtrain grotesquely on that many sets, that many reps, that many specific exercises on one bodypart in one day You have to be gifted genetically and probably juicing a bit to get that kind of endurance without tearing yourself to shreds. Good video but face it; you have to be 150lbs when you're 10 to get away with it.
good point, but many smith machines are different depending on how old they are. dont worry about the math, just try till u get a weight that works for you
Solid chest workout Peter. Lat spread at the end looked awesome, kind of a weird hand position on the fly machine may have to try that sometime. Great series of videos guys, thanks!

This is one hella of a chest workout. If this doesn't make you grow then nothing will. In the immortal words of Ronnie Coleman "Light Weight Baba"

the amount of food, supplements and other
substances he's taking in- I don't think he
worries too much about overtraining.

with how he eats and the "suppliments" he takes. his body can recover super fast. if he were all natural, yes. but since he isnt, i doubt it.
