  • we got this kid on my football teams he a senior and benching 600 max

  • @darkarrow2121 seriously? have you seen him do it? if so, how many plates did he have on?

  • how many games that you play chest???how many sets per games?? how many raps per set??

  • oh my god

  • This is so sick....

  • hey peter im ashton rymer from murray county and i wont to be in weight liftin compations could u give me some tips

  • even training hard if most people ate better they wouldnt need as much sleep. some foods take 12-14 hours to digest. so when you sleep a long night and wake up tired that means your mind was leeping but your body was up all night digesting food and burning itself out. your wouldnt train 14 hours a day in the gym so why would you want your digestive system training that hard haha

  • I agree with the comment below, he makes the chest/pec workout look brutal. I was trying to do chest presses today and it's gonna take some work. This dude has some massive, big pecs so he has nothing to worry about, just makes dudes like me feel worthless.

  • This is one hella of a chest workout. If this doesn't make you grow then nothing will. In the immortal words of Ronnie Coleman "Light Weight Baba"

  • i lold because jessica dosent train on chest day,or at least it just dosent show us this.

  • the amount of food, supplements and other

substances he's taking in- I don't think he

    worries too much about overtraining.

  • i would say he knows what he is doing...

  • with how he eats and the "suppliments" he takes. his body can recover super fast. if he were all natural, yes. but since he isnt, i doubt it.

  • idk but for some reason i dont really think u can OVER TRAIN the body...if u did heavy weight, alotta reps, whatever.. as long as u are supplying ur body with enough nutrients and vitamins and all at the end .. u should be o.k... if u do heavy weight, etc. and eat a fruit roll up after..thats not enough to fuel ur body for repair

  • JCamacho123- one can absolutely over train. I myself have currently over trained and am taking some time off to recovery. In terms of nutrition, I have been doing this for a while and am studying as a dietitian. Even pros however, can over train.

  • so very right

  • @badookoo I agree. I've overtrained a few times (been training about 5 years) and it's usually because I wouldn't eat enough calories to recover and I was a student getting only 6 hours of sleep a night. I think a proper diet + 8 hrs minimum is the first step to preventing such setbacks

  • jay cutler said the same the, so im guessing you and him are right, i mean, he did win 3 Olympias

  • Great form but I think most normal guys would overtrain grotesquely on that many sets, that many reps, that many specific exercises on one bodypart in one day You have to be gifted genetically and probably juicing a bit to get that kind of endurance without tearing yourself to shreds. Good video but face it; you have to be 150lbs when you're 10 to get away with it.

  • perfect form!!

  • good form too!!! PROPS!!

  • Bien mi perro gr4ci4a por el curso

  • Full reps RULE!

  • Dont forget to minus 30 lbs when u are on the smith machine for the barbell.

  • good point, but many smith machines are different depending on how old they are. dont worry about the math, just try till u get a weight that works for you

  • Putnam kicks ass. a very aesthetic build. :D

  • Isn't his face very similar to that of Ronny Schweyer's. They look very much alike. Ronnny is one of my most favorite bodybuilders

  • I most definately take some serious notes while watchin your vids...Thanks for sharin some of your insight on weight lifting...GOD BLESS you both

  • hye dude ood luck hope u win

  • Solid chest workout Peter. Lat spread at the end looked awesome, kind of a weird hand position on the fly machine may have to try that sometime. Great series of videos guys, thanks!
