It wasn't till recently i realized i was in love all along with Wendy. After looking at old photos of her and my high school girlfriend in 1984 she was my first love and looked like wendy. Brown Mark replaced Andre which was cool cause he had his own style, Wendy had some shoes to feel after Dez left but she feeled them pretty good, but when Brown Mark, Wendy, Lisa, Fink, and Bobby all split...it was like the entire music world died out..LOL!!! think about it..the club scene faded out and it was either "black music or white music" no more togetherness. THe crew that Prince came up with later on was nothing compared to the first band.

Interesting fact that Wendy decided to leave the Revolution when she was attending a promotion in Sheridan, Wyoming for 'Under the Cherry Moon' movie, and whilst staying at a hotel she cracked open a can of beer whilst stepping out of her room and Prince flew into a rage, castigating her for drinking in a quasi-public place and fined her $500 for this 'sin'. He deducted it from her wages!

Good grief ... the undercurrents of the conversation. Sheesh. TMI, TMI...  But, all sides a joke, Wendy and Lisa (aka Girl Bros.) are great. Their best work is yet to come, I believe. Also, they have both had children within the last few years, I recently learned. That may have changed everything for the better. We'll see.
