ok this is a lame question but i want to know .. what exactly does a reflash do .. whats it purpose???

1. moves vtec engagement point to 4500 rpm verus 5800 rpm stock 2. raises rev limiter to like 85 or 8600 rpm not sure which sry 3. Fixes rev hang issue, i nvr had that issue so idk what it feels like anyway. It's a very, very nice mod and will really bring your car to life so to speak, it's pretty much useless tho now that flashpro is out, you can set all that stuff yourself and have almost full tuning abilities with it so reflash=waste of cash versus flashpro

@barrett4bama Flashpro is my next mod. Is 4500 as low as you can take VTEC engagement, or is it more flexible than that? I'd like to see mine lowered to 3200 if possible.........

@Nighthawk08Si With a Flashpro, vtec can be set anywhere. Although you don't really wanna set it as low as it will go, rather it needs to be where you will make the smoothest powerband. Check out 8thcivic.com and read up on the tuning stuff from Hondata about Flashpro,
