My blackberry curve has the gps option and wen I click on it it just says none and won't highlight anythin and also won't let me turn it on .... Help I want to be able to use face book places

verizon told me i had to pay 9.99/month to use gps. i have a blackberry tour. around the internet i cant tell if anyone else is using it free or not

If you have the Blackberry Maps app, open it, click the Menu button and select "Start GPS Navigation." I don't pay the 9.99/mo additional rate for Verizon's VZ Navigator, but I can still use the Blackberry's GPS capability in Maps or Google Maps.

yea this is crap, my bb has gps, all the same options as the video says, but none of the apps I try to use will locate me... super lame, thanks RIM.

Thanks! I needed to enable GPS on my Tour for the free and excellent GPS Logger app, and now it works beautifully. =)
