Israeli provocations? It takes two to tango. Both sides are provoking eachother. The fact that Palestinians claim the iraeli built city as their own is provocation enough to be honest. The Palestinians claim to be of Canaanite decent, however the Canaanites did not live on that land, rather far north and to the west about half the size of the gaza strip. I dont like the violence from either sides, but the denial going on and the religious fanaticism is really damaging the Palestinian side.

@LSRochon Palestinian land? Do you even know who built Jerusalem? Do you know where the borders of Israel were before the Islamic Turkish empire made a huge mess of the middle east? The king of what is now known as Jordan said "No land is Palestine outside of Jordan." Palestine didnt even exist when Israel was young, in fact Palestine was a name used to refer to a small group of city states where Gaza is. The correct name was Philistine. The name Jew comes from Judah, which Jerusalem was theirs.
