I was there! Just off to the right of the camera shot. I did not like that the Pow-wow did not have water for the Elders. Perhaps that will change in 2008.
This was my first time to watch a pow wow dance & I loved it. I would have not been able to see this if I hadn't escorted my sister in-law. I wish you had filmed the singers too as I was in awe of their pride as they sang. I didn't have a camera but I manage to take a picture of a handsome singer & I will not be able to see anymore pow wow unless I am lucky enough to go down to the Peg City as I live 1,500 north of the Peg City.
I wish I was more than 1/8 Native American. They're so awesome.
