She is a bitch and deserves to be thrown in a cage for the acts of indecency she performed under her position of power, and her corruption brought to a broader light. A young woman with suicidal tendencies was put in jail under those conditions and attempted suicide again while in jail, because Amanda Williams has no heart or sense of human decency.

A weekly radio program called This American Life aired March 25 2011 about her intimidating and unethical sounding tactics about her totalitarian handling of drug court cases, assuming the story is accurate. Go listen to it -- title is Tough Love -- available online at ThisAmericanLife. From your video it sounds like this extends to cases outside of drug court as well. Should not be able to happen in America, but your story helps explain why it is happening.
