@Jojicarson13 <.< actually that's exactly what happened. Really. We spent all night working on episode 1 right there and then... well, we weren't trying to be like Khenpoe, but he did inspire us.. which is why he is in the credits.. not that anyone reads the credits..

and yes, the first few episodes were made without any semblance of an outline whatsoever, but we have the hang of this now.
