@frankjoeboxer You unlock Hammer Bro. and Bowser's Warped Orbit after beating Star Battle Arena completely. Then you get Blooper by beating it with Hammer Bro.

No, you fight either Hammer Bro. or Blooper to get one of them. Then you use the one you just unlocked to unlock the other.

Complete the Other 5 Boards in Star Battle Arena mode and then Bowser appears and your Chracter chases Bowser up to this Board and VOLIA!!
