Does anyone know how to get Fields of Fire: War along the mohawk working on Windows 7? I've tried compatibility mode, running it as an administrator, all the other tickable boxes in that area. Nothing seems to work...
Almost all the games you have played I played them too and more... The only difference is, I have given all my games to an orphenage... It took too much of space... Now I am collecting xbox/ps3 games and soon I will hand them over to another orphange perhaps, because everything what you buy takes in space... But memories are always fun... You should upload gameplay videos of the games people haven't placed yet on Youtube.. Be the first? :)
Okay here is my story... I have searched on the internet for the name of a pc game for like 4 years now. Couldnt remember the name of the game..i type into google "childrens game desert flowers dragon king" becuase i remember a part in the game where you have to pick flowers in the desert and your the larger dragon the brother drinks a potion or somthing that makes it shrink and the bards etc etc.Srsly... I loved that game as a child. FINALLY FOUND THE NAME OF IT!! ITS BEEN DRIVING ME APE SHIT!
Nice collection you there...., I only have "Wolfenstein 3D", "Monkey Island", "Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis", and "Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja" on floppy disks,
Quake 1, Power F-1, Road Rash, Terminal Velocity, Primal Rage, Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Broken Sword and Dune (dont remember wich one) on Cd-Rom.
Maybe I am older or more anal retentive, but I have 98% of your big box games, and I have 95% of your non big box games in big boxes! I have (in big boxes with manual, etc) games like X-Com Apocalypse, Privateer, Archimedian Dynasty, Driver, Nox, Fallout 1 and 2, Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, The Dig, Full Throttle and Outcast, Star Trek New Worlds, BOTF and ST Judgement Rites! I have all the Kings, Police, Hero, Space and Larry Quests. I also have Gabriel Knight 1-3. These part of my 500+ collection!
Nice. Very nice. Well tbh the reason why I have so many games that are missing their original packaging is because I've bought over 90% of my games used at local flea markets, retro computer stores etc. So I'll take what I can get. I'd love to have big boxes and manuals for everything but it'd end up more expensive and I wouldn't have as many games.
You are obviously a great PC game collector! But maybe I am older or more anal or something, because across all 4 video's, I have 99% of your big box games and 95% of your non big box games in big boxes! I have big box games like Privateer, X-Com Apocalypse, the Kings Quest games, the Gabriel Knight games. I have the HUGE box that Civilization and Command and Conquer dual CD you had came in, with both big manuals for each game!
@xILambyIx The last I checked, Darby The Dragon works fine with Windows XP. You may have to set the desktop resolution lower and force the game to run in 256-color mode but it does work.
It came on a greenish disc with a bunch of other games
It was very Megaman like but it wans't Megeman
you jump from thing to thing shooting your blaster like thing and the boss was like a purple-ish thing
I know one of the games on it was like a crocodile dundee like person, you'd climb up latters and stuff and had to avoid everything to get to the end of the level
Would anyone know what the game is or disc is called?
Ha, A Bug's Life - "why do I have this?" I ask myself the same question with so many games I have, really weird or lame ones like that. I have close to 500 now, and about 200 boxed, so you know how it goes - weird and stupid games just kind of happen to come into your possession. Again, nice vid!
Heh that was quite fun little platformer. I've seen a lot of copies of it around here, so I guess quite a few people bought it but not so many liked it :D
Redemption... Well, gameplay wise it's a lot like Diablo 2. It had amazing graphics for it's time (2000) and the story is okay, but I'd say that Bloodlines is in every way better, unless you're a die-hard fan of combat-based isometric RPGs.
Looking at this again, I know what country you're in - but I won't say. I know because we both have strange, unknown games like Force 21!

Congratulations, you have 1 million vidya and an old monitor.
punipunipunisher 2 years ago
Uhh, okay? Is that a compliment or not? :/
My monitor is not even that old, around 2004-2005ish I think, and when it comes to gaming CRT's are much better than LCD's.

Fucking hell! I though I was THE only one who ever bought Johnny Bazookatone. I didn't play it much, but I guess it was half-decent platformer.
