    PS: I like david lynch

  • That was Grade A entertainment!

  • holy crap thats amazing!

  • i like how you shamelessly promote yourself at the beginning.

  • Read the description...it's a project for class...we HAVE TO put our names and what we did in the beginning. I promoted myself to get the A.

  • Dude I loved it.

    I love your style.

Maybe we could talk about film ideas and stuff.

    I absolutely ADORE film-making myself.

  • The new Tonny Scott/David Lynch fusion. Great!!

  • Ok, So that was just awesome!

  • Wahoo ! very intense and creative in a short time. GO ON man you are really good !

See you later probably on a big screen !

  • Watch, Wakinglife...amazing!

  • Hi there! :)

I made a video about peace and love called:"look outside the window"! If you like to you can take a short look on it! :)

  • i'm confused... bi-polar people don't have split personalities do they?

Anyway, this film is awesome; it looks really good.

  • Nah, they just have highs and lows. Thanks for checking out the video!!!

  • Okay sir, just step away from the pencil and everything will be fine. Ha ha. Good to know that there others who see it this way. . .or is it!? Anyway, it's awesome.

  • I verbally love it. Seriously a video on Youtube I can't make fun of.

  • thank you! I appreciate that!

  • insanity, regression, genius!

and was that a little of Penderescki I heard there?

    Good choice.

  • I don't know how you do it, man: slickness that is NOT bland. "This guy's got what it takes! He's goin' all the way!"

    Watch out, everyone.

  • wo, thanks dude. That makes me feel a lot more confident in my work. I'm still testing out different styles and techniques to see where I fall into, so I'm sure as my videos progress on here they'll show slightly different looks and moods and stuff...but as for now, I'm really into this jolty, scary, fast-paced dark stuff haha. Thanks for the comment!

  • good job, inspiring work!

not only the effects, sounds, but also the way you treat the topic, mental diseases..

    really good! congrats.

  • HEY! Thank you so much! :)

  • Oh man, love the editing, color, that was good dude.

  • My friends have been telling me that it's too much sometimes with the editing choices and color, but I think it's looks cool haha. I'm glad someone else does too. Thanks!

  • Very well put together, where is that music at the end is from?

  • hey thank you! The music is Samuel Barber's Adagio For Strings. Definitely my favorite song.

  • wow, great video:)

  • You do have an interesting visual style. It reminds me of Fincher or Aronofsky. Good luck with the screenwriting. Storytelling is what separates the boys from the men. :)

  • Wow! That was amazingly done. I cant wait to enroll into a film school to perfect videos.

  • Hey thank you! I really liked how you make Sims music videos like that. Pretty cool stuff there! And thank you again for the comment. What school do you want to go to? One in L.A.?

  • Anything less than an "A" for this, and your instructor robbed you.

Because I know people who have battled mental illness for most or all their lives, I found this extremely moving. This depiction may not be all that far from the truth, in fact.

  • This films insane! (If you know what I mean :P) This is awesome, very slick camera work and I really love your style.

    Subscribed!

  • Awesome work man. The sound design and transitions are what do it for me. There's not one thing I'd change about this piece. Where are you working from?

  • You mean what programs and equipment? Or companies?

  • Programs, I'm curious to how you go about creating the sudden sound effects that accompany the flashes and jitters.

  • I record my own sound effects and then alter them in sound forge. Then I size them to whatever length and speed I want them at. I used Sony Sound Forge to tweak the sounds and then Sony Vegas to resize ad cut them up.

  • how old are you?

  • I'm 23

  • Am a writer-director myself , great work

Two things before I begin. First, please be advised that there are some MINOR SPOILERS. I'm trying to be on my best behavior here. Second, I'd like to give a shout-out to the tittel -Words- its cool .

This is not an "origin" story ?.

At times with your main schizophrenic man sitting its kindda hard seeing him schizophrenic. I would have had him walking arround. But great work .

    Great camera work just great

  • Hey thanks for the comment man! What do you mean by origin story? The reason the actor is stationary for the first few minutes is because I wanted to not focus on him physically, but his voice and mind create the action for his body; it's kind of like a volcano before it erupts.

  • O hi there , an origin story is an account or back-story revealing how a character or team gained their superpowers, or the circumstances under which they became superheroes or supervillains. Am working on a film I wanted you to work with me - can we hook up and where are u?

  • really nice vid. well done. what did you use for color correction

  • I used a colorwheel and blew out certain colors with the contrast and then put the saturation at 40%. Thanks for the comment. I wish I could put the whole thing on, but I had to edit it to fit on youtube.

  • thanks. keep on making awesome vids

  • Five stars and favorited. This was awesome. I would be happy if someday I made something half this good.

  • Hey thanks dude. I think your stuff is kickass, though, so I don't know what you're talking about, haha. You guys are hella funny.

  • Thanks. I guess you and I just have different styles...I always go for entertainment, thats why I'm not sure if I could do something like this because it is difficult for me to do something that is serious and would still be any good.

  • Absolutely astonishing! Greatness!!

  • You have the vision! i LOve your your camera work.

  • This is great. I love the shots. Your film is what I want my film to look like when I make a similar concept film about insomnia.

  • I haven't seen this one yet. How long is the rest of the movie? From what I've seen it's fricken awesome! Nice lighting and closeups

  • wow dude that video was artist to you think you will be a DP someday?

  • I would love to work the camera also, but my passion is based at my writing. I feel I'll do a lot of everything in the future, but writing/directing is what I'm more partial to. Thanks for the comment!!
