Goosebumps!! Crowder nails the truth in this song. Nothing in life can give us joy anywhere close to knowing God, loving God, humbling ourselves before God, and letting Him bring us tears of ultimate joy. When that happens, I realize that no other feeling that I've ever experienced comes close to feeling the joy that Christ brings into my heart.

Do you know that joy that only Jesus can bring you? Youll never feel more full of joy in life than when you are giving everything you are to God.

I agree this is a wonderful song, standing on its own merits (one of my fave DC*B songs too!) but I seriously encourage you get to know the One who inspired this amazing band and their soul-touching music! God is their Joy (and mine! ) :)

@patzivota22 I think that illustrates the difference between a band like this, that simply writes about what they're passionate about and seeks to make good art in the process, and less competent bands (especially Christian bands) that try a little too hard to teach people little lessons while composition and creativity are a bit of an afterthought.

I haven't listened to a lot of david crowder until recently but man i'm a huge fan now. and btw i saw david crowder, bwack(drummer) and the violinist watching august burns red at sonshine fest in the HM stage:) unfortunately i did not see david crowder band live because i was at the HM stage most of the time but i did get his autograph:).

When they played this song it was incredible. There is nothing else I can compare it to. 18,000 people singing at the top of their lungs with all the emotion they can muster is a bit overwhelming. I have never experienced anything else like it on earth, and probably never will.
