Here's the scoop, this song is from a cartoon that's like ten+ years old. There are bound to be errors compared to today as countries have merged with others and etc. Also, considering it's from a cartoon, I highly doubt they would care enough to make sure every single one was correct. I know they lit up the same country two times because they gave it a different name both times.
