No - of course not, but in 1945 British carrier aircraft should have flown as first allied a/c over Japan. Perhaps 10 minutes later had come the first US planes .... :o)
@Eurofighter19 It's an interesting movie. I have read that the first Allied aircraft which had flown over the Japanese homeland was a/c of the British Fleet Air Arm.

Their first escort missions over Japanese mainland was on April 7th, 1945
