Can anyone date this?

Announcer is Peter Crawford (or a very young Russell Hern).

I'm guessing it's gotta be 91 or 92, since there's still IV continuity. Not sure when they stopped using stills for backdrops.

Also, judging by the Community Service style, it was when the "Night Club" service had just been introduced (I think!).
