  • I asked a similar question regarding a pistol Chris was using on another YT video, but can anybody tell me as much as you can regarding the weapon and the accessories that Chris is using on this rifle at :04? If it is Chris's preferred system, then I would like to buy that entire package, already set up exactly as seen in this video. I'd like to buy it already set up and tweaked by a professional smith; can someone suggest a known and proven source for this package? I appreciate your response.

  • @texascommtech a PEQ (IR laser and target illuminator), M900A SureFire Grip with beam covers, and an Aimpoint Comp ML3 on a cantilever mount by the looks of it.

  • price?

  • Chuck Norris always wanted to be Costa

  • Holy fucking shit - I'm pumped.

  • I think you could consider changing a title on this video, because it is misleading.

  • @lucaswhippo i believe thats a LRF. or a weapon mounted cam

  • Some good points in the dvds but not worth the money, too Long talking about the same techniques

  • AN/PEQ-15

  • @lucaswhippo its a peq 15 laser

  • Travis is wearing a chris costa special jacket fited with costa bullet deflecting hair

  • 1:33 lol those cars are swiss cheese now

  • Does anyone know the name & brand of jacket Travis is wearing?

  • @josephtorres11 probably helikon or something simliar.

  • @josephtorres11Arc'teryx Combat Jacket

  • 0:56 watch the pistol. It jams. M9's suck.

  • @holahahaful I've never shot a M9, but dont those have a slide locking feature when the magazine runs out of bullets?

  • @ledzeppelindeeppurp yeah its supposed to lock back when its empty but when that happens it locks ALL THE WAY back. In the video when it jams it locks like half an inch back which means it failed to cycle fully.

  • i wonder why chris and travis arent wearing gloves

  • man i wish my school has this type of subject ^^

  • Chris Costa is a godamn spartan.

  • Its funny how all of them have that special operations command look.

  • Chris Costa's body hair is made of Kevlar and his beard can stop a .50 caliber bullet.

  • CHRIS COSTA!!!!!! yay magpull

  • Haley has the best tact. reload I have seen..

    at 1:50 in the video

  • What is the name of that song?

  • it's frustrating to think a squad could receive high quality training, perfect their movements and shots, then be taken out by a bomb or ied without ever using their gun.

of course i'd rather have the training, just to be on the safe side

  • Great DVD cover on that one.

  • When i go down to the range and practice my chris costa moves everyones jaws just drop in amazement

  • @adiosalmaperdida

Going down range may not be the best thing to do right now.

  • Great instructors. Best.

  • Costa teaches reacting to a left flank attack by fully commiting your body in the direction of said threat. What if you're *then* spanked from the right flank? You can't turn fast enough and your back is exposed. Dumb.

  • @IMnotSAS: no, im done. and im not white.

Have fun with your GAYK-47, I'll stay with the AR-15.

  • "Ak-47 doesn't jam" ha~ my ass, AR-15 all the way~ ;D

  • @aopdjasldksa

    You and me both.

  • @aopdjasldksa your my new friend lol

  • @aopdjasldksa AK on magpul DVD=Epic FAIL

  • @IMnotSAS

in order to fire accurately from a vehicle you must be driving smoothly to maintain a stable shooting position. The doors on most cars are sheet metal, and are designed to crumple in a crash etc, so they wouldn't offer such a degree of protection as you might hope... so a target that moves smoothly and in a predictable path with sheet metal for protection, sounds like someone could shoot you pretty easily... providing they're alert for the attack, as the people in this video would be

  • @IMnotSAS

i'm from england where the cops don't have guns, so getting shot isnt a problem. i'm not sure about america (i'm assuming you're american), and i'm not sure at what point the cops would be shooting at you whilst sending dogs for you, but i imagine you must've done a number to get in that situation... anyway if push comes to shove can't you just shoot the dog?

  • I'm pretty sure your cops have guns, in fact for the first time ever, they now carry guns. Not trying to pick a fight or anything.

  • only the ARUs (armed response unit), english equivalent of swatt have guns, the common bobby does not, and if you get an ARU to come around you must've done something crazy like bombed something etc

  • ahh, gotcha. It's my understanding that the crime problem has been getting worse since the ban, what's your take?

  • to my knowledge, guns have never been commonly avialable legally, you have to have a licence for them and a legitimate actvity for them e.g. fowl hunting/clay pigeon shooting, and no automatics are legal. but of course there is always the black market that supplys a large amount of weapons to criminals, and those are fairly difficult to pick up.

  • If i remember correctly, the ban took place some time in the 90's, so that might be why, but according to the stats I've seen, the crime problem wasn't nearly as bad before the ban, versus now. I do feel sorry for ya though.

  • nevertheless, here in the UK, gun crime remains at a low level, and any incidents invilving shootings etc are picked up by the meia almost immediately, you know how they like to hype it up

  • He said "somebody".

    See ILikeMostThings comment for more.

  • @IMnotSAS,

he follwed that up with "i want to shoot from cover, thereby minimizing my exposure". that's pretty smart, seeing as he probably doesn't want to get shot...

  • 0:57 looks like his M9 jams!

  • Looks like he had it level but fired as he pushed it out.

  • 2:07 he seemed to fire befor the weapon was level! =0

  • I'm pretty sure I've heard this music from somewhere else..

  • I've bought a bunch of training DVDs over the years and these are by far the best I've ever purchased. Worth ever penny!

  • 0:04; thats a nice rifle!

  • what is the name of travis haleys break

  • noveske

  • its like "top Tatical Carbine" instead of top sniper lol

  • Those interested in these videos both Vol. 1 and 2, DSG arms had them last time I looked for about $40 each. Amazon had Vol. 1 for $89. I think you can see the better deal :)

  • what's the name of the magazine holder in !:53 to 1:55? anybody know the brand? thanks

  • Its called the REDI-MAG and its made by Boonie Packer. Sells for about $95 and MidwayUSA has them in stock now. They are made of steel and seem like they would hold up over time but I've never used one so I can't say for sure.

I like the idea but not the added weight to the weapon.

  • ok.. thanks for the info.. will check it out..

  • It's called a "Ready Mag System"
