For someone to be with a company for 4 years with promise of growth within the company and instead plateauing, OBVIOUSLY the problem wasn't Taylor. Rachel clearly has problems with opening up lines of communication with her employees. Taylor was taken advantage of because she's a hard worker. Brad gets special treatment because he's the typical gay sidekick with all the punchlines?

She sometimes talks of them as if they were her little children, but the next second she doesn't believe in them at all and won't let them do anything she cannot supervise and control. I have this feeling that in the bottom line, Taylor is much better at her job, but that her boss appreciates Brad more.

@charlottehaze yeah i totally agree Taylor is great , she has great skills and the team need someone as responsible as her cause brad and rachel are too distracted sometimes.but from the beginning Tay always looks so pissed of, she's moody, and she never seems happy i don't know if it's her nature or she doesn't like her job, if it is that she will be happy now that she's not working at RZinc anymore . however she's an amazing girl with a wierd attitude!!
