Basically in the days of yore, PG could mean practically anything! The Devil's Rain was a PG as well, as was The Blood Farmers. If you look on IMDb now, most of these films have an X rating or something similar.
@NewWaver80014 I didn't find the ending that depressing. Barely depressing at all. Totally out-of-the-blue surprising twist, and sad, somewhat disturbing end - but at least Baby ended up happiER and much better treated. The justice kinda almost semi-won. By your comment I accepted something completely different. :D
@VampireOutlaw Baby's situation may be a lot better, but I hope I never have to make the choices Ann and Judith did. Having to go through all that one time was bad enough (in Judith's case she's had to do it three times!).
There's only one "winner" at the end and it ain't either of those ladies. That's why that final image is so haunting.
