@jujuice620 they're not ethnic han chinese & i can guarantee that they're definitely not speaking mandarin or any chinese dialect for that matter. they sound like they're speaking mongolian to me(cuz i was in mongolia few years ago)....china seized a lot of territory that was originally not theirs-such as tibet, east turkestan and inner mongolia...so you have native people from those lands who are now considered and treated as ethnic minorities under han chinese rule..

@oliversantos6565 the village of Bulin is not on google maps, it's too small to appear. A village here is normally not under a few thousand people... there we're talking about maybe a few hundred...
