  • Well I follow the principles of Yogi Bear and he's put me on a diet of organic pizza and fruit flavored popsicles and I feel GRRRR---ATE! Plus I only eat one meal per day. It starts in the morning and ends at night. Of course, during the winter when I hibernate I don't eat much at all.

  • with the first exercise my balls seem to jump up on the exhale as if bouncing off a trampoline. is that normal? should i put a rubber band around them to control them.

    Everyone can agree that digestion is key to optimal health..

    Western medicine treats the symptoms of disease and not the root causes as Eastern medicines do.

    Also Western Medicine does not even comprehend Life Force. If one has taken some yoga, tai chi, or qi gong, classes one learns to manipulate the life force energy with their intention and breath as I will teach in future videos :)
