Actually it was narrated to me from a brother that Enes went to study overseas around 1998-99, that means he had to study the Arabic language for a couple of years, and our shaykh Nasirudeen al Albanee rahmetullahu alayh, died in 1999. So Enes couldnt have really have studied under him. InshaAllah this is clear and Allahu alam.

There was this person who told me about the situation in Macendonia (or Romania, not sure). And before during the Ottoman empire (which conquered it)didn't really spread the correct islam, i think they said they had a lot of [deviant]sufi influence at the time, and the situation of the Muslims there wasn't that great.

Then the person told me there were a couple of brothers who went to Mekkah and/or Medinah to study, and when they came back they shared their knowledge, and revived the sunnah in their homeland, kinda of like this brother here. masha'Allah. That is so beautiful, i mean if we all seek and learn the correct knowledge, imagine what impact we can have on our communities, countries, our world? A LOT!

I wish more people could do that, the ummah neeeeeeds it!!

Well there were alot of bektashi sufis, which are more like shia sufis, which arents considered muslim by anyone. although most if not all muslims in the are were hanafis but they didnt really teach their children about islam, so it was mostly old people that practiced. and after the war in 99, the youth got into the deen learning from brothers who studied in medina.

Same situation in most muslim lands, either sufi or shia influence,but the people are just ignorant masses, i don't think they fall into the category of "kaffir", Allahu Alam. Insha'Allah maybe the Universites could accept more students from these types of countries so they can influence their people and lead back to the folds of Ahl Sunnah, and revive the sunnah, especially amongst the youth.

Alot of the muslims in kosova fast and celebrate eid, but they are still very ignorant and refuse to accept "the bearded ones" alot of people changed rapidly after the war, practicing islam rose very quickly and it was something they werent accepting, and some people think these brothers are a sect or something and they treat them bad. the bektashis are a minority and dont even call themselves muslim. google bektashi sufi order.

Wow, this sect seems to "borrow" things from everywhere: sunni, shite, sufi and even christianity! I also read about this "babi" that they have, and confess sins to astaghfirullah. Islam is simple in a general sense, worship Allah SWT without partner, follow the Prophet, SAW-his sunnah. Stick to it, don't add to or stray from it.But these sects just love to add their own ideas and ideology to Islam.I mean some of these crazy sects believe in reincarnation, like??! Influence from the Hindus and Buddhists probably. They borrow from all these religions and then add it their own "version" of Islam.
