Perfect villain. He kills your best friend, rank 1 over 50 assassin, annoying and pretty much a troll, the guy doesn't give up ( he sets up 50 ranks, with a whole building filled with bodyguards, shows you dead heads of your only friends, tries to crush you with a hovercraft car, injects 8 unknown substances in his body and tries to crush the living crap out of you or just push punch you out of a window, inflates himself to the freaking marshmellow man.) .

@Bowserslave True that, I just love the way the hero status turns 180 when you fight him as it's pretty obvious that Travis is to blame for most of the events in NMH2 and Jasper becoming a super hero wrestler :v

I thought Jasper was a very well thought out character who has a real motive for what he's done and technically he's done less harm than Travis (killed his friend and only pretended to have killed his brother and other friends) while Travis killed two of his brothers and his dad. I don't know how people think he's a bastard for wanting revenge for his family being killed for money :u

Also his second form kicks major ass and I think Travis needed it :v

@JohnSegway I loved the final form. Everybody wanted a easy final boss that looked cool. Henry was cool I'll admit,but he was strong. Everybody hates Jasper because

1. He's shorter than Travis.

2. His voice

3. His final form

4. His hurricane punch on bitter and how he overuses it.

5. Cause it wasn't their precious Henry Cooldown

@EmperorXaozx I think the big thing was just what a let-down it was to a really bad joke.

I mean the past couple bosses (particularly Alice and Vladimir) showed a more humane light to Travis and really helped give more of a story arc so Batt just felt like a phoned-in, annoying, generic final boss when the game's last couple battles were really great.

@gruntora Still he's been voted the most hated game character by most people. What did some people expect? An easy boss with a good look. In other words all bark no bite. Jasper was the other way around, it's like saying no to the people who really expected it to be easy.

@EmperorXaozx Well, I was expecting more of a corrupt businessman to be honest: this tall, imposing figure who has a very nihilistic world view about death and the lives that the assassins lead.

So when we just came across this little brat as the final boss, not only compared to Henry but compared to all the boss beforehand in the game, it was a massive let-down. That's why a lot of people hate him.

@gruntora Personally I think Henry was the worst boss. To me, not in defense of Jasper, but it Henry to me is an Irish Sephiroth. Jasper was the farthest thing from a letdown and they should quit calling him the worst boss ever. Did they really think Suda would let them off that easily WRONG. Sure he's not scary,older (maybe he's a teenager and has stopped growing for a period), or HENRY! They complain about his backstory sucking when they forget most of the assassins never had a backstory.
