Hello there atomdog, first of all, very nice video. I used to train in Ninjutsu once upon a time but had for financial reasons. Assuming that is you in the video, and seeing that you are a black belt, perhaps you could offer some advice.

I am VERY short for my age (4'11") [disability]

I have insane punching speed

My legs are frail, weak and clumsy.

Up close fighting is my best, but I can never get close enough! People just keep me away with long ranged kicks or punches.

What do I do?

I think you should learn how to jam their attacks, just your legs to stomp their kicks, check out my kick defense level one video for some concepts. I hope that can help. I am also a Choson Ryu assistant instructor.
