What do you think about traditional double end bags vs. Mex style?? I dont know which to buy...... any advice?

Thank you, glad you likes. As far as DE bags, I would start off with a good sized traditional bag and mount the cables with plenty of slack for slower rebounds. Hitting the DE bag with your palm at first is easier. Adjust accordingly...
