WHOA!!--that's really radical. Not exactly a forward handspring, not exactly a reverse, either. Something's different. Now I gotta go back and re-examine REDKE's handspring tutorial and see what variation you are doing. Well, it looked amazing--especially the endurance on the invert. Stay strong...
thank you so much, and for clearing it up....the name makes sense...for some reason once I am up in this hold it does feel "true," as if it is almost comfortable and nothing can stop me from being there. It is a real solid grip feeling, the balance is so easy in this position.
this one scares me a bit.. i dont have it at all, but the true grip or overhand actually allows you to go through the complete cartwheel easier than the 'cartwheel' handspring mount actually does.. great job!!

Thats the chinese grip for the handspring.. some call it an 'overhand' grip or 'true' grip handspring.. great job piggy!!
