Jake Speed was an awesome movie. Corny ass hell, but its an 80's flick.. If you actually listen to the conversations at certain points in the film, its kind of uplifting in a weird way.

The film was a poor imitation of "Romancing The Stone", but the music score and John Hurt were awesome!

It was an awesomely bad movie... where else do you see a star that big lick someones face and then feed them to a lion.... and the score has been my favorite piece of music since it came out.

Come on ... this movie was great for what it is, it's a B-movie. Great action, good special effects, overacting and all ... it was a GREAT bad movie !!!!!
