i have a 85 monty carlo ss. sbc i tryd to put a set of rpc shorty headers ''ebay crap'' and they would not fit on the passenger side its hitting the A arm. did you have any problems with this? thanks
The motor sounds awesome but there is no way you can make that much power with that small of a cam, I have a Comp XR270 and that has .502 lift and I only make 400hp. What heads do you have and whats your cam number?
cam is not the only not stock thing in it... and to mark, its at 436 hp i just dynoed it tuesday, they said i should be able to get a little more with a bigger carb...

nobody puts less than a .400 lift in a 355, check the cam again, and there is no way your making 400 plus HP with that cam....
