Capriati was highly overrated. She threw away most of her career smoking doobies and shoplifting and salvaged a decent twelve months at the end of her career that people tend to remember as being greater than it was.

not everyone can win 3 slams in 12 months and even when she wasn't winning slams she was going to semi-finals regularly up until 2004, when she got INJURED (and still is). and dont forget the had a great run in the early 90s as well, winning the olympics in 92 even. i dont think she's overrated but she isn't liked a lot, for some reason, which makes people say she's overrated.

First of all the Williams don't both endure hatred. Venus has class and is respectful of her opponents..Serena on the other hand, is a sore loser who will do anything to win a match. she is known as a bully on the tour and not very well liked. this has nothing to do with race, but with her disrespect for others.

It's one thing for a professional athlete to keep things in perspective. It's an entirely different thing for a pro athlete to just accept whatever officiating is thrown at them (not saying that it applies for this vid). Like any job, there's an expectation of the rules to be executed properly. If they aren't to such an extent that performance is hampered severely, then the employee has every right to complain.
