  • Man, that game was impossible on Hard.

  • @Voidhead

Nah, I think I beat it once on that difficulty. I don't think I did it without continuing, though, although I could do that in normal.

  • I swear, it's amazing what Konami did with Game Boy sound hardware! This beats the crap out of at least 90% of the music on any Game Boy game, if not more.

  • @DJCandyManMike

    Try Kid Dracula:)

  • best music for the last stage and a very difficult if I say. Thanks for uploading.

  • For gameboy music I always thought the music for this game was cool.

  • Kickass track.

  • tmnt rocks

  • this was used on turtles in time, as well, at the star base level,

  • i used suck at this game when i was 12 i couldn't beat it for shit. i wish i could play it again, anyone know were i can play it online for free?

  • i used to be good when i was a kid, now i suck, i don't get

  • this song is also used as the final stage's theme in TMNT III: The Manhattan Project for the NES

  • Star Base - Where No Turtle Has Gone Before

  • Although alot people hate 4kids because how they dub anime, while I don't how dub things, I really like the version TMNT the show, which because the screwed up Yugioh, Yugioh GX and One Piece, is the best shown the ever done. How they do it also confuses me. In TMNT has death as concept, and lots of characters die on screen, so I'm confused as to why they try and get rid off death in shows they dub when they have it one they made themselves.

  • Yeah, TMNT was really the only thing they did right.

  • Yes, but the bad news is that 4KIDS does NOT want KONAMI to do the TMNT games anymore.

  • @MysticArksRevenge Why not?

  • @RSXemperor Well, mainly because Konami's contract to do the games based on the show ended in 2006, and a Non-Japanese company, UbiSoft now has the rights to do the games.

  • @MysticArksRevenge I think Nickelodeon has the rights to the TMMT franchise now.

  • @vicviper2345 Great, so that means the worst game company in the world- THQ now has the rights to do the Turtles....

  • @MysticArksRevenge Oh NO NO NO the worst game company in the world is Brash Entertainment (which thank god no longer exists) THQ at least released Darksiders, an awesome game, if a bit unoriginal.

  • @vicviper2345 Well they are the worst company to ever do licensed games. They should've never obtained the Nickelodeon license, nor the WWE or Mattel licenses.

  • @MysticArksRevenge Yea licensed games in general tend to suck pretty bad, except the early TMNT games and the 16-Bit Mickey Mouse games (I'm serious when I say this). I thought Epic Mickey was a decent licensed game, too.

  • @vicviper2345 Do not mention Epic Mickey to me. It is the first licensed game that AMERICANS have done right and everyone likes it. Japan and JAPAN ONLY should publish AND develop ALL Licensed Videogames.

  • @MysticArksRevenge

This is what you ought to realize about the state of such subjects today:

  • @MysticArksRevenge

If you want to play the worst licensed game of all time, look no further than Home Alone for NES. When my grandmother rented that game for me back in 1991 or 1992, she was shocked when I told her I hated the game, as I had never before said I didn't like a game I played.

  • @DJCandyManMike No kidding, dude. I once played the SNES version of it, and it was very bad too.

  • @MysticArksRevenge

Nah, I liked the SNES version okay, but the NES version was horrible! And it proves your point about THQ to a tee.

  • @DJCandyManMike Well, I couldn't play it.

The only good and decent game that THQ has EVER done in my eyes is the Saint's Row series.

  • @vicviper2345 That's great. So that means the worst game company in the world- THQ, now has the rights to the Ninja Turtles games....

  • I find it funny that you picked "Back From the Sewers" because 4Kids was letting people vote for the theme song, since the new season is going to be called Back TO the Sewers.

  • This is also my favorite theme in that game, even though there where so many other great themes.

Do these games (90's NES, SNES + GameBoy) ROCK OR WHAT?! :P

  • Something I really enjoy about your picks, is the obsecureness of them, you don't just go for the songs every knows, you pick something new and fresh every week.

  • I forgot about this game. I used to play it all the time. Great song.
