These guys are so helpful. I love David Wolfe and Michael Beckwith. They were so helpful in Discover the Gift and have really helped me change my life. I love what they are doing to change lives everywhere.
I've been eating meat, since i've been a 5 years old and I'm currently 26. For the past 21 years i've been polluting my body with meat which doesn't allow oxygen to flow. I just got hired at a company and a new supervisor asked me how old I was, she thought I have just graduated from highschool.

Same old argument, trotted out each time and an excuse not to take action.....Where do you guys live.... I live in the West, a society that places monetary value on most if not everything, there is so much for free and still people don't use it, so how do you think this piece of VALUABLE info would fair unless it came at a price... think about it - the amount of FREE STUFF out there people don't use because they don't see the value..and who says it doesn't come at a price to the contributors?
this "raw for 60 days" film is being heavily guarded so it is not free for others. I never trust someone who is trying to sell me information and refuses to let others have the info without paying. Im all for making some money off of hard work, but extremely opposed to surpressing information from the mass public based on how much they spend. "You too can have great health and make the world a better place! but only if you give me some cash... "as if making the world better isnt good enough
I've been 60% raw for 13 years(at age 26), I look about the same now: no wrinkles, more lively. I'd say wrinkles can go away if you eat more fruit and veg, and less everything else, because there's less impedance and more oxygen flow.
IF you mdeditate, have a peaceful mind, try to evade stress and thinks in a positive way and tries to attract and believe what YOU want, you could live a long, blessed life, its all in us, not outside us, that is what I know for sure.
I do raw food. The biggest problem with raw food is the spokes people. They all kind of dress weird and gro long beards stuff like that. I'm a normal person just low bodyfat and good health. Find more people like that and you'll have more people doing the same.
I was thinking that yesterday. I've been 60% raw for 10 years. As I move towards 80%, I'm gonna make sure I don't get carried away like dressing weird. I look half my age, and healthy(when I shave). So I'm gonna use my looks to show others that 70% fruit makes you healthy and happy.
the problem in many cases is these guyr are often crooks... they change their appearance to appear "spiritual" as a way of marketing themselves to the sick and needy who are looking for some "hope". I dont care how they dress or look honestly, but my observation has been most of these people wont even share their good health with others unless you pay the fee... if you upload their info to google, they will remove it. Its all about them and their greed, not helping people. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
yeah I guess I was more referring to that "raw for 60 days" and "Alex Ortner" etc. They make plenty of money with normal jobs like everyone else, in fact most make even more since they work for themselves in natural healing. 1 hour of work can be quite expensive. Either way I agree, they DESERVE your money... BUT! Do they deserve your money more than the unfortunate deserve the knowledge? I think they need to embrace it, PLENTY of documentaries are free and STILL make money. Check google video.
gabriel cousins looks like a walking skeleton. i think some people go a little too far with this stuff. he also makes the claim that 1 cup of coffee and meats and dairy cause diabetes, but doesn't cite any sources for such "claims"
No, I think my perspective is still hanging around. I don't think he looks too bad, and for what bad visual traits he does have I give him some credit because of his age. Never the less, I have not met the man. I will see for my self sooner or later, assuming he hasn't died after 40 years of happy malnutrition. ;)
Michael Beckwith sounds like he's promoting his church more than raw foods. All civilizations used and exploited animals for food including Indians, most of which are not vegetarians. By the way, Gandhi drank milk. He says it was necessary when not eating meat.
Personally, I was very inspired by the testimonials found in the Arnold's Way videos here on youtube.
One of his tips is to just keep adding live natural foods to your diet rather than struggling to eliminate unnatural ones. Eventually your body will crave only the live foods; the unnatural foods will become repulsive and fall away without effort. Peace and good luck!
The advice on going raw by alabasteroldsoul to just keep increasing your live food content is great. The best way to go though is to eat lots of delicious, fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. In addition enjoy some nuts and seeds. It's pretty simple. All of these complicated dishes that many creative raw food chefs come up with should be eaten on occasion but you should focus on whole foods in their natural state. It's easy and the healthiest way to go.

@Gary1111001 : LOL. I don't know ANYONE in their 20's that has wrinkles. Let's talk when you are 50. You're too much man ...

@auggiedoggy My post wasn't clear. I was 26 when I went 60% raw and vegan. I'm now 42 and still look as young. But I look better: more alive.

I've been able to get a ton of info just on youtube. There's a bunch of videos of David Wolfe. He's not talking them down.
There was "Rawkathon" that was free for 1 day for each interview. Now there turning up here.
Reprinting books is called plagerism. They put the hard work into writing them and deserve the money.
