Just search on youtube, they got alot of recorded telephonecalls between Nick and his family, I even listened to a call where Nick and his dad planned a reality show after he comes out of jail and when his dad asks where he wants to tape it or something like that Nick said 'Wherever I can get the most money..'. wow nick wasnt even in the car. but even if john was wearing his seatbelt he'd still be in the same condition, their only saying if he was wearing it he would be ok thats really bullshit because the SEATBELT doesnt always save ya. But the car was a wreck even on johns side so if he was he'd still be the same. Half head now and people tAkng care of him, life never gonna be the same. but nick only gets jail 8 months bg deal, other then that can get back to his same old life, but not john!!!!!!

i was watching the news and the road that they were driveing on it was common for people to drive around 60-70mph on that strip of road....so the crash was just an accident and john should know better to where a seat belt..but also nick should have reminded him because he is the one driving...
