The Runaways was the best rock band in the whole world, and when i heard that Sandy had died my heart broke, she was a real hero for me.

I am only 17 and i live in sweden but still I really loved this band.

I have both seen The Runaways Edgeplay (documentary of the runaways) and The Runaways (The movie), and they were both incredible.

Fucking amazing band and it's incredible what they went through!!

@arealOpia1991 Why it never happened? Lita says Joan refused, but the others disagree. At first, Joan was reluctant but the others convinced her, but then Lita pulled out. The second time it was all set, but at the last minute Lita said she wanted to spend more time with her family. After that, Cherie was pissed and said she would never work with Lita again. And Jackie Fox has long stated she would never work with Lita. Lita was a very divisive personality in the band by most accounts.
