Thats weird that a repeater in KY on the same freq as our club has a frog on their repeater too.... or maybe its just the band opening up and your hearing it where you are sometimes? I know that almost every morning there is a guy in Columbus, OH that comes in on our frog repeater for several hours.
Dude, I was almost right haha. This one is W4YWH, it's in Highland Heights, KY. Up in N. KY around Cincinnati :) It was too early in the morning for me to decode it lmao...
