  • @koalajones88 Please elaborate...

  • Hey can you connect that to a keyboard?

  • how much did you sell this thing for?

  • @1787dude I sell units like this (but in a smaller case now) for about $220. You can probably get it cheaper if you buy directly from Ray Wilson.

  • @Dovinia no i wanna build one man, lol, this thing is great and would sound awesome with a sequencer and an echo pedal, im going to build those too lol.

  • after reading the comments, its refreshing to know that alot of people still have no idea what this is really for....makes it that much more enjoyable to use for those of us who do...id totally be interested in buying one from you

  • what is it for?!

  • @MrAircraft999 It's an aural vibrator. It can get you off something incredible.

  • @Dovinia

Finally something looks serious and useless xD

  • @MrAircraft999 Absolutely. It's completely and utterly useless - like most other human gagdets.

  • fecking marvelous my friend! wish i wasn't a technical simpleton so i could build myself one of these beauties! Well done!

  • Hey, how did you build your face plate? It looks ace in black.

  • @WestonSynths This was the first panel I made. It is simply printed on an A4 decal paper and then glued to an aluminum plate and finally I added a light coat of lacquer.

  • got this as a plugin on fruity loops

  • @b1gbudda With all due respect sir - I can't imagine why anyone would want a Schmidt trigger and some resistors and capacitors as a plug in. All this digital crap can only ever be as good as - say Google Earth... Travelling in the real world is always so much more invigorating.

  • @Dovinia and more expensive :)

  • Awesome!!!! I wish I had one.

  • @oporim It's an easy build. Check out the Music From Outer Space site. If you haven't built anything like this before a WSG is a nice way to start.

  • @Dovinia i have no electronics experience. at all. is putting together this board and whatnot a challenge?

  • @DimebagsLeftToe If you have absolutely no experience I would suggest you start with the LPB-1 booster kit from General Guitar Gadgets and then continue with a couple of progressivly more complex guitar effects kits before you build the WSG.

  • This thing makes me laugh! hahaha. And it's freakin cool. At 2:02 when the big recurring fart noise begins I lose it hahaha. I WANT ONE

  • gotta love the sawtooth wave

  • material for a space horror movie

  • Could I use this with my guitar?

  • Comment removed

  • @MrZeth13 Yes you can. There is a mod for adding an audio input, which lets you run a guitar or other sound source through the filter.

  • Put some low beat to this, and jere you go, a killer minimal/techno song.

  • cool!

  • Rob Zombie I bet uses these funky things and pink floyd

  • sounds like an oscillator, a low frequency modulator and a filter put together from analog synth modules...am i right!

    easy to make!

  • i meant a low frequency oscillator.

these are what Robert moog created years ago , modular synthesizers.

i have a few different synths and have been creating "space music since the early 70's with them.

  • Broken...

  • its broken..haha

  • You can just build them up jeffrey!

  • Just the sounds in the first 30 seconds makes me wanna get one.

  • just a question what the heck is a weird sound generator used for?

  • Baking Cookies

  • it is used to generate weird sounds... simple as that

  • @sTriKeR501K expensive source of useless amuesemt.

And I jsut ordered the parts for my Wsg yesterday :D. ( not from the WSG kit of course!)

  • Awesome!

  • ALIEN INVASION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • soooo cool!

Where do I get one and how much do one of those bad boys cost??!!?!

  • got to bulid one, from MFOS

  • Thanks for the comment. As stated in the info section this is a demo of some of the SOUNDS you can make with this unit. If I were you I would never waste one second commenting on a video which I wouldn't waste 4 minutes watching... Just a thought.

  • sounds like pacman... lol

  • Did you use white ink or lots of black? either way, it looks great. Nice job man!

  • The decal is white, so I used lots of black.

  • Thank you for your unbiased and informative comment. I'm sure your mother is really proud of you.

  • This video is of good quality, both audio and visual wise

  • where did you get your front panel done? nice work btw:).

  • I did it myself. It's an aluminum plate with a large printed decal paper finished with a light spray of clear coat.

  • NICE

  • haha my dog didn't like these sounds

    xD

  • ha ha, maybe it generates some supersonic noise which dogs find offensive ? The frequency range goes way beyond human hearing.

  • fantastisk sykt! nydelig!
