No. He tolerates the cat as long as he can (and eventually loses patience with it) in the hope that SOMEONE will eventually throw the red ball. He doesn't really like the cat. He LOVES the red ball. You must understand the true nature of a B.C to understand this.

what a beauty sam is. he must love betty a lot. i used to have a grey tabby, and a hound. the cat would jump on the dog's back, and ride him like a bare back horse, claws dug in the entire ride. god bless dogs, they are the best!
