Great track ! The sampled speech is very uncommon ! I listened this so many times since 1991 when i got it in a compilation, sounds more like house but that break with the creepy impressive sound its definitely new beat (Also the base rhythm)
would be great if anyone have a clue about the sample source of the speech!
